Unlock the Underground Cellar:
Travel to the Underground Cellar, located in the Ancient Jungle. Go straight from the dock area, and you will find a small wooden bridge. The bridge leads to the Underground Cellar. You will need to pull 4 Levers to unlock the door of the cellar. These 4 Levers require 4 different artifacts. Here is how to find the required artifacts.
Buy a Radar from the store. You can purchase it from the Gear Store on Fisherman Island. Then walk around the island, and you will be able to easily locate four levers.
